Your Content

By uploading photos to Remina, you confirm that you own or are authorised to use all photos you upload, and that you have the right to use them in a composition. You retain full ownership of your photos. Remina does not claim any rights to your photos or to the compositions generated from them.

What We Provide

Remina composes your photos into wall art, then prints, frames, and delivers it to your door. Your high-resolution digital file is included. The framed print and the file are intended for personal use. Commercial use or resale is not permitted without prior written permission from Remina.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload photos you do not have the right to use, and not to upload any illegal content or content that infringes the rights of others. Remina reserves the right to terminate sessions suspected of violating this policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Remina and to make a purchase. By using the service you confirm that you are 18 or over.

Payment and VAT

Framed prints are available in two sizes, each at a fixed price. The exact price for your chosen size and country is shown at checkout as a one-time payment. There is no subscription. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.

The price shown at checkout is the total you pay. For deliveries within the EU and to the United Kingdom, any applicable VAT is already included in that price and is not added on top: for buyers in Poland this is the Polish standard rate of 23%, and for other destinations it is the rate applicable in the country your order is delivered to. For deliveries to the United States, any applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout. The exact tax for your destination is shown before you pay.

Delivery

Orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days, and in any case within 30 days of your order. Delivery is included in the price. Please ensure your shipping address is correct — we cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Because each framed print is made to order to your specification, it is exempt from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for change-of-mind returns. By purchasing, you expressly request that we begin making your order and you acknowledge that this made-to-order exemption applies.

You may cancel for a full refund if you contact us before your order enters production. Once production has begun we can no longer cancel it.

If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for the fastest fix — including a photo helps us resolve it quickly — and we will provide a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. This 30-day window is our own goodwill fast-track, not a limit on your rights: if your print is faulty, not as described, or damage comes to light later, you remain protected by your statutory rights, which are not capped at any fixed time window and are not affected by this policy.

The high-resolution digital file included with your order is made available to download shortly after payment, as part of your order.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about your order or these terms, please contact us at support@remina.art. We will respond to every complaint within 14 days of receiving it.

We are not obliged to use, and do not commit to, any specific alternative dispute resolution body. If we are unable to resolve your complaint directly, you may still pursue your statutory consumer rights, including referring the dispute to the competent consumer authority or court in your country of residence.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Nothing in these terms affects your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.

Data and Privacy

Your use of Remina is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and delete your data.

Liability

We print, frame, and deliver your order through our production partner. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for the conformity of your framed print, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under the law.
